Cricket has returned to Pakistan with a bang and we have to thank Pakistan Super League (PSL) for the revival of international cricket in Pakistan. PSL has not only changed the misperception some foreign players had about Pakistan but also, through the sheer quality of the tournament, made it one of the top options for local and international players to compete in. Here are 5 reasons why PSL is the best T20 league in the world:
1. Discovery of new talent
PSL has given the young professional players of Pakistan a local platform to perform alongside legendary local and international players. Thisย has injected some fresh blood into the national side with new discoveries like the young Shaheen Afridi making us all take note of the talented youth in PSL.

2. International players
PSL has become home to some of the best international players.ย Players like Darren Sammy, Brendon McCullum and Kumar Sangakkara have given the league the international star power that very few leagues in the world can claim.
For most of these international players, being a part of PSL is more than just a job. Darren Sammy and many other players are true supporters of our country and have actively advocated that it is safe for international players to play in Pakistan.
3. Local legends playing in front of the home crowd
