South African superstar batsman AB de Villiers has announced his retirement from international cricket, saying that he had โ€run out of gasโ€ and it is time for others to take over. A natural stroke-maker, AB de Villiers made his debut in 2004, hitting 22 centuries in 114 Tests and 25 centuries in 228 one-day internationals.
